13th Joburg Theoretical Physics School (2023)
Recent developments in String Theory

The Mandelstam Institute for Theoretical Physics holds workshops and schools several times a year. The aim of the 13th Joburg School in Theoretical Physics is to introduce our local community to a variety of exciting recent developments in string theory with broader applications. These include:
- Generalized Symmetries in QFT
- The Swampland Program
- Complexity and Cosmology
- Holography from the Lattice
